Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it — including how call recording works.
Last updated: March 25, 2026
1. Who this applies to
Nevernix ("we," "us") builds AI chat and voice agents that businesses ("our clients") deploy on their own websites and phone lines to talk to their customers ("you," if you're messaging or calling one of our clients' businesses). This policy covers both: data we collect directly from our clients, and data our clients' agents collect from people who contact those businesses.
2. Call recording and voice data — read this if you called a business using Nevernix
If you spoke with an AI voice agent powered by Nevernix, that call was recorded and transcribed. This is disclosed at the start of the call. Recordings and transcripts are used to: generate the agent's response in real time, allow the business you contacted to review the conversation, and improve the accuracy of the service.
In some regions, recording a call requires the consent of all parties, not just one. Where that applies, the agent's greeting includes a spoken notice that the call may be recorded. If you do not consent to being recorded, please end the call and contact the business through a different channel.
3. What we collect
- From chat or voice conversations: your name, phone number, email, and whatever you tell the agent about what you need (e.g. the reason for your inquiry).
- Call recordings and transcripts (voice conversations only, see above).
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and general usage data from the chat widget, for security and reliability purposes.
- From our clients directly: business name, contact details, and billing information, when a business signs up to use Nevernix.
4. How we use it
Data collected through a conversation is used to deliver that conversation's purpose — answering your question, qualifying your inquiry, and passing it to the business you contacted so they can follow up. We also use conversation data in aggregate, and with identifying details removed where practical, to improve how the underlying AI agent performs.
5. Who we share it with
- The business you contacted. That's the whole point — your inquiry is passed to them so they can respond to you.
- Service providers we rely on to run the agent, including our AI model provider and our voice/telephony provider, solely to generate and deliver the conversation. These providers are bound by their own data-handling terms and do not use your data for their own purposes.
- We do not sell personal data, to anyone, ever.
6. How long we keep it
Conversation data and recordings are retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service and for the business you contacted to follow up with you — typically no longer than 24 months from the date of your last interaction, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 8).
7. Additional rights depending on your location
Depending on where you're located, local law may give you additional rights over your personal data beyond what's described here. We aim to honor reasonable requests regardless of location — see Section 8 for how to make one.
8. Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at the email below. We'll respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.
9. Children's privacy
Our service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your region).
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
